Cubs District KnockoutOn Saturday, 14 May, myself and five mates: Stephen, Sam, Charlie, Daniel and Billy took part in a great day of football. We played six games altogether. In the first, I played in goal and we drew, but in the other five games we won!
Billy played in goal and I played in defence with Daniel. In mid-field was Stephen and up front were Sam and Charlie who were brilliant at scoring goals.Half way through, I was starving but Dad told me I was playing as well as John Terry which kept me going until the end. Then Dad said I'd won myself a big HotDog!
I thought it was an excellent day and my cub team were brilliant. I really enjoyed the day and said to myself, "I wish I could turn back the clock and do it all again".
