BeaversThe 3rd Stoneleigh Beaver Scouts are a thriving colony of six to eight year old boys and girls who enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. They
represent the youngest section of the Scouting family and meet once a week at the Stoneleigh Methodist Church.
Beavers wear a uniform comprising a polo neck jumper (sweatshirt), neck tie (scarf) and trousers. The jumper will have various badges depending on the beaver's activities and skills. The position of these
is shown alongside.
The colony is run by "Mole" (our Beaver Scout Leader) who has some ten years experience with the Beavers at Stoneleigh and she is supported by two able helpers. There is currently a waiting list to enrol in the Beaver colony and it is recommended that you put your son or daughter's name down early. Please contact Mole for more information.
When they are eight years old, Beavers move (swim) up to Cub Scouts.
