This was the biggest scout section camp we have had for years, with 26 scouts and 4 leaders going to Broadstone Warren Scout campsite. Site was set up once we had got the kit van towed out of the mud.After lunch we split into two groups, with climbing and sumo wrestling on the programme. Then it was dinner cooked on a wood fire.
Sunday started with The Cube - a high ropes course where the scouts could try different levels of challenge.
Then we had an incident hike, where the patrols had to navigate their way around the campsite to 4 bases. One patrol did well, two OK but Eagles failed to find any bases. We finished the day with an assault course.
When the scouts had free time they were off exploring the woodland which makes up the campsite.
Monday was spent clearing up the site in between rifle shooting.
